stills

Spend five business days in a working distillery. You'll work along side the distillers, doing what they do every day: mashing, distilling, bottling and labelling, cleaning, and everything else. It doesn't get more hands-on than this.

We take no more than four students for each week-long distilling course, hosted by Sons of Vancouver in North Vancouver, BC. With this number the pace of a week in a distillery doesn't change. You can just work and learn alongside the distillers.

Powerpoint presentations. We've found that one-on-one conversations together with some backup materials are the most valuable way to get you the information you need. You won't set foot in a classroom.
